Account information: Name, email address, and authentication data provided via Google sign-in (powered by Clerk).

Project content: Scripts, story descriptions, and generated media you create on the platform.

Payment information: Payment metadata retained by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

Usage data: Generation logs, credit usage, session data, and analytics to improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and improve the Quick Movie platform
• Process payments and issue invoices
• Send transactional emails
• Detect fraud and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations under Ontario law

3. Third-Party Services

We use: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payment processing), OpenAI (AI text and image generation), ElevenLabs (voice narration synthesis), and Replit (infrastructure hosting). Each provider has its own privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated content as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Canadian tax law.

5. Your Rights (PIPEDA)

Under Canada's PIPEDA, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information, and to withdraw consent for non-essential processing.

6. Data Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive data, and strict access controls. We regularly audit our security posture.
