Refund Policy

How credits work

Credits are purchased in advance and consumed as AI operations complete — images, narration, rendering, and so on. Because each generation uses real compute resources, credits are generally non-refundable once a job finishes.

Automatic refunds

You never need to ask for these. The platform returns reserved credits to your wallet instantly when:

  • A generation job fails due to a platform error
  • You cancel a job before it completes
  • Reserved credits expire after a 6-hour timeout

These refunds appear in your transaction history immediately — no support ticket required.

Cash refunds

We issue cash refunds in three circumstances:

Duplicate chargeCharged twice for the same transaction — refunded in full, automatically.
First purchase within 48 hoursNew user, no credits used, within 48 hours of purchase — full refund on request.
Extended outagePlatform unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours with unused credits — pro-rated refund on request.

Not eligible for refund

  • Credits consumed in completed generation jobs
  • Dissatisfaction with AI output quality — results are probabilistic by nature
  • Purchases more than 30 days old
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Use violations
