Credit Policy

Quick Movie operates on a prepaid credit model. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed as AI operations complete. Because AI generation requires real compute costs, credits are generally non-refundable once purchased.

Automatic Credit Refunds (Platform Errors)

The platform automatically refunds reserved credits when a generation job fails due to a platform error. You do not need to contact us — the refund is instant and visible in your transaction history.

  • Generation job fails due to an internal platform error
  • Job is cancelled by the user before generation completes
  • Reserved credits expire due to a prolonged timeout (6 hours)

Eligibility for Cash Refunds

  • Duplicate payment: Refunded in full.
  • First-time purchase within 48 hours: Full refund if no credits have been used.
  • Systemic platform failure: Pro-rated refund if unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Credits consumed in completed generation jobs
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality
  • Purchases more than 30 days old
  • Accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations

How to Request a Refund

Email support@quickmovie.ai with your account email, invoice number, and reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Taxes

Applicable taxes collected on purchases are remitted to the relevant tax authority and cannot be refunded by Quick Movie.
