These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Quick Movie. By creating an account or using the platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Platform

Quick Movie is an AI-powered creative production platform. It provides tools that help you generate story analysis, visual assets, narration, and assembled video episodes from a screenplay.

Quick Movie provides AI tools only. The platform does not produce, endorse, review, or take responsibility for any content created, uploaded, published, distributed, or shared by users through the service.

Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Quick Movie. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts may not be shared.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Quick Movie only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the platform in any way that infringes the rights of others, is harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive, or that violates these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice and without refund of unused credits.

Copyright

You retain ownership of the scripts and creative content you upload. AI-generated outputs produced by Quick Movie are licensed to you for personal and commercial use, provided you comply with these Terms.

Quick Movie retains all rights to its platform, technology, models, and systems. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, publish, or distribute through Quick Movie — including scripts, generated video, narration, and images.

Quick Movie does not review content before it is generated or shared, and is not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or appropriateness. By using the platform, you represent that your use complies with applicable laws and does not infringe any third party's rights.

AI-generated outputs are probabilistic. Quick Movie makes no guarantees about the quality or accuracy of any generation result.

Availability

Quick Movie is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific output quality, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes & Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.

Either party may end the service relationship at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
