Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Quick Movie, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

2. Service Description

Quick Movie is an AI-powered episodic video production platform operated by Quick Movie Inc. (incorporated in Ontario, Canada). The platform enables users to generate story analysis, visual assets, narration, and assembled video episodes using artificial intelligence.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use Quick Movie. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others.

4. Credits & Payments

Quick Movie uses a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed during AI generation operations. All prices are displayed in USD. Credits are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Credits do not expire. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Quick Movie to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or designed to harass or threaten individuals. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these restrictions without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of scripts and creative inputs you upload. AI-generated outputs produced by the platform are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. Quick Movie retains rights to its platform, models, and systems.

7. Availability & Warranties

Quick Movie is provided "as is" during its beta period. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific output quality. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your unused credits are forfeited unless otherwise agreed.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
