Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of QuickMovie AI, including its website, customer accounts, video-generation services, QuickMovie AI Wallet, and supported third-party platform access. By creating an account or using QuickMovie AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

QuickMovie AI provides AI-powered tools and services that enable users to create professional video content from ideas, stories, scripts, and other creative instructions.

Available features, formats, creation options, and service conditions may change over time. QuickMovie AI does not endorse content that users submit, create, publish, distribute, or share through the service.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use QuickMovie AI. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and activity under your account. Accounts may not be shared. Notify QuickMovie AI Support if you believe your account has been compromised.

User Content and Rights

As between you and QuickMovie AI, you retain your rights in original content you submit. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for submitted stories, scripts, images, audio, trademarks, names, likenesses, and other protected material.

You grant QuickMovie AI a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and otherwise use submitted content as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the requested service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated results for permitted personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for reviewing results and determining whether your intended use is appropriate. If you believe protected material has been used without authorization, contact quick@quickmovie.ai.

AI-Generated Content

You are responsible for content you submit and for your review, use, publication, or distribution of generated results. QuickMovie AI may apply automated safety checks, but does not provide human editorial review or endorse user content before it is generated, published, distributed, or shared.

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or similar to content generated for others. You must review results before relying on, publishing, or commercially using them and ensure your use complies with law and third-party rights.

QuickMovie AI does not guarantee that generated results will be unique, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Acceptable Use

You may not use QuickMovie AI to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; create or distribute unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive content; interfere with service security or operation; gain unauthorized access; or violate applicable law or these Terms.

QuickMovie AI Intellectual Property

QuickMovie AI and its licensors retain all rights in the QuickMovie AI brand, website, software, user interface, code, platform technology, proprietary systems, workflows, and original materials. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, sublicense, or redistribute any part of the service.

Payments, Pricing, Wallet, and Taxes

The price displayed for the selected QuickMovie AI service at the time of purchase applies to that transaction, together with any applicable taxes shown. Funds added to your QuickMovie AI Wallet remain associated with your account and are available for eligible QuickMovie AI purchases and services.

Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment partners. When payment is required, you may be directed to an authorized secure checkout. A purchase requiring payment is complete only after payment is successfully confirmed. Purchases may generate a receipt or invoice with relevant transaction and tax information.

Applicable taxes may be calculated, included, collected, or displayed as required based on the transaction and applicable law. Contact QuickMovie AI Support with questions about your Wallet, purchase, transaction, or invoice. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

Supported Third-Party Platforms

QuickMovie AI may be accessed through supported third-party platforms, including ChatGPT where available. QuickMovie AI remains an independent service and controls its own accounts, services, pricing, Wallet, and purchases. Use of a third-party platform is also governed by that platform's terms and policies, and no reference to a platform implies sponsorship or endorsement.

Service Availability and Termination

QuickMovie AI may change, interrupt, or discontinue features and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. QuickMovie AI may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address a violation, protect users or the service, comply with law, or prevent harm. Any treatment of an account balance remains subject to applicable law.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickMovie AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. QuickMovie AI does not guarantee particular results or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickMovie AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes, Governing Law, and Severability

QuickMovie AI may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date will be posted here, and additional notice will be provided where required by law. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
